National parks like Eravikulam and Periyar, plus Wayanad and other sanctuaries, are home to elephants, langur monkeys and tigers. The production of pepper and natural rubber contributes significantly to the total national output.

    Day 1
    Trivandram

    Today arrival at the Trivandrum airport. Trivandrum is the cosmopolitan city and capital of Kerala and also the major access for travellers to Kerala. On arrival, you will be met by our representative and transferred to the hotel.

    Day 2
    Trivandram - Kovalam

    Today in the morning after having breakfast we start our sightseeing of Trivandrum. We visit Museum Complex, Kuthiramalika (Puthenmalika) Palace Museum, Shree Padmanabha Swami Temple and Shanghumukham Beach.After sightseeing we proceed to Kovalam Beach. Kovalam Beach is the worldwide famous beach of Kerala. Kovalam Beach is situated around 18 kms from Trivandrum and has been a prominent tourist spot since 1930. Kovalam consists of 3 adjoining beaches. The southernmost beach is well-known as the Lighthouse beach and is the most famous beach. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel at Kovalam beach. Rest of the time free for leisure at Kovalam Beach.

    Day 3
    Kovalam - Kumarakom

    Today in the morning after having breakfast we proceed to Kumarakom. Kumarakom is the prominent backwater tourist spot and most attractive heaven in Kerala. The backwaters of Kumarakom is dwelling to a large number of flora, fauna and marine life. En-route we spot several local activities of the people living along the backwaters and also visit some of the tourist spots on the way. Upon arrival in Kumarakom, transfer to a backwater resort. Rest of the day free for leisure.

    Day 4
    Kumarakom - Alleppey

    Today in the morning after having breakfast we proceed to a traditional houseboat of Kerala style and cruise in Alleppey  through the picturesque backwaters which is dwelling to a large variety of flora, fauna and marine life in and around Alleppey. Alleppey, the coastal town on the Arabian Sea is famous as the Venice of the East and well-known for the several backwater channels that wander through the town. Annually snake boat race is organized in Alleppey in the month of August. A ride on the houseboat is an amazing way to look at the mesmerizing splendour of the backwaters. It is famous for its cashew nuts. Overnight stay at the houseboat.

    Day 5
    Alleppey - Cochin (about 70 kms)

    Today in the morning after having breakfast we proceed to Cochin. Cochin is the most attractive city in South India at Malabar Coast and is famous as Venice of South. Cochin is famous as the Queen of the Arabian Sea. Arrival in Cochin and transferred to the hotel.  In Cochin we visit St. Francis Church, where Vasco Da Gama was buried. After visiting St. Francis Church we have a walk through Mattancherry Palace. Then we visit Jewish Synagogue, Chinese Fishing Nets, etc.

    Day 6
    Cochin

    Cochin is divided in several parts namely, Bolghatty Island, Vypeen Island, Willington Island, Ernakulam, and Fort Cochin. Many famous buildings are situated in Fort Cochin. Whole day free for lsisure activities to explore Cochin on your own. In the evening we visit a Kathakali dance school. Kathakali dances begins from Kerala and in its traditional form narrates stories from the Hindu epics Mahabharata and Ramayana.

    Cochin (Departure)

    Today depending on your departure time you will be transferred to airport for flight to home destination.
