About Hotels
Indo Royal Holidays offer you accommodation facilities as per your needs and budget. Hotels offered by us are from Standard to Luxury Class Hotels. In standard category 2 or 3 star hotels will be provided, In Deluxe Category 3 Star or 4 Star Category Hotels will be provided whereas in Luxury Category 5 Star Hotels will be provided. We will select hotels which will offer excellent quality services and will be best for you as per your need. At some places we also offer you stay in heritage hotels. Heritage Hotels are basically old properties of Maharajas which are later modernized and transformed into Hotels. Rooms of the heritage are ornamented very beautifully and are very convenient and adoring for stay and truly depicts the olden days of Maharajas.

Important Information
On arrival at the Airport, please make sure that you reach the transfer vehicle within 90 minutes of landing of the flight, as the driver has clear instructions to leave at a specific time. There could be a delay in your airport pick-up or transfer due to unexpected situations such as traffic, car breakdown, etc. Standard check-in time at the hotel is 2 pm. If you want to book an early check-in or a late check-out, then please be in touch with us before your departure, as it is subject to availability. A security deposit needs to be paid at all hotels at the time of check-in. The deposit varies from 700 THB to 2500 THB as per the category of the hotel. It is advisable to take along with you a minimum of 5000 THB in local currency. Many Islands of Thailand have a national park fee which is 400 THB per adult & 200 THB per child. This fees is to be paid in cash at the time of entering.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation at any time after depositing the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date Full amount deposited as 1st instalment would be non-refundable.
• Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date Full amount that was due at the 2nd instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable amount that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable
• Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date Full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
