Temperatures usually go above 38 °C during this period and fall to around 26 °C during the night. 
   
• Winter Season
  Winter in Dubai starts around the last week of October and lasts till the start of April. The winter season has the most pleasant weather, making it perfect for outdoor activities. Maximum rainfall takes place during this season. Strong thunderstorms are not uncommon to the city during this period, this is accompanied by lower temperatures and strong north-westerly winds. Average temperature during daytime goes to around 22 °C and to 12 °C during night. Rainfall has been increasing over the past few decades in the city to more than 130 mm per year.

• By Air
  The Dubai International Airport is the only airport in the city and is the busiest in the UAE. • Road/Self Drive
  The only way to reach Dubai is through Oman which won’t require a permit, only an exit charge is there. On your way back, you'll need to produce the receipt of payment for re-entering Oman.
